What users give as a negative features ?:

One customer said that he have tried roasts three different times and they’ve come out either tough or not even done. After the first one, he added twenty minutes to the recommended time in the instruction manual, but still no luck.

I think this kind of issues might be related to the way this particular user follow, and can not be related direct to the product quality.
